In this introduction, Balansekunst will present findings from the organization’s mapping of gender imbalance in the Norwegian cultural sector and reflect on how Balansekunst collaborates with institutions and artists to promote equality and diversity. The talk will take a critical look at what strategies work — and which do not — in creating lasting change and improvement. Drawing on long-term experience, the session offers insights into both progress and remaining challenges in building a more inclusive and balanced music and cultural industry.
